We offer an initial free no obligation consultation. During this consultation we will discuss what you would like to achieve and go through any medical issues. This is an ideal time for you to have a good look at the facility and to get to know the trainer. After the consultation we can also give you a free 30 minute taster session to give you an even better insight to the type of workouts you can do. After this initial meeting you can decide whether Optimize Personal training studio is right for you.

Our trainers are qualified nutritional advisers as well as fitness experts therefore we can combine effective exercise routines with sensible healthy eating plans. Every client gets free nutritional guidance which means we help with food diaries and food planning to ensure you eat the right types of foods at the right time to get the results you want.
Strength and Toning
We have good facilities to develop strength and toning with our extensive range of dumbbells and cable machine. Our trainers are also up to date with current training methods to ensure you achieve the results you are looking for.
Sport and Performance
We have specialist functional trainers who can improve power or speed for a specific sport e.g. football, rugby, golf and squash to name just a few. We use our knowledge of bio-mechanics to break the movement down and improve those specific motions as this can help prevent injury as well as improve performance.
Regular exercise as we get older helps to reduce the risk of many chronic diseases such as heart disease, hypertension, osteoarthritis ,diabetes and respiratory disorders. As well as these major risks being reduced exercise routines carefully tailored by our trainers can help with joint mobility and strength to keep the body fit and healthy for longer.
Our trainers are qualified to work with clients that have hypertension, heart conditions, asthma, diabetes, joint problems i.e. arthritis. All of these conditions can be greatly improved with an appropriate exercise routine.
Pre and Post natal
It is now widely believed that keeping your fitness and exercise levels up during pregnancy can be very beneficial. Our trainers are qualified to safely train expected mothers keeping them fit and healthy through their pregnancy. Once the baby is born it can be very difficult to know where to start to get your fitness levels back but with our well designed and structured training plans your levels will build up quickly.
Even if you don’t have any health implications or weight loss issues a regular general conditioning workout can help to keep you fit and healthy in body and your mind. Even if you just want some advice on a sensible exercise routine we would love to hear from you.
